1. ESL Teacher (Full Time / Freelancer)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality lessons to students of all levels, ensuring diverse teaching strategies meet individual needs.
  • Assess student progress through various methods, providing timely feedback to students and families.
  • Collaborate on effective English language curriculum development, including lesson plans and assessments.
  • Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and actively communicate with students, families, and colleagues.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English language teaching, TESOL, TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA.
  • 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Confident in teaching adults and adaptable to teaching children.
  • Strong understanding of English language pedagogy.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for morning classes; evenings and weekends are a plus.

2. Freelance Evening English Teacher

Job Description:

Are you a dedicated academic English language teacher? Join us! Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to curriculum development.

Working Duration/Rates:

  • Night lessons (7 pm – 9 pm) and Saturdays (9:00 am – 5 pm).
  • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week.
  • Hourly rates based on lesson timing (Weekdays/Weekends/Nights).

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Similar to ESL Teacher requirements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record, preferably in education or language training.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

4. Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Retain and maintain student relationships through regular interactions.
  • Collaborate with educators and the sales team for seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage student credits, progress, and product utilization.
  • Uphold the school’s image and values in all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate private lesson schedules and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • We have a proven track record in customer service, preferably in education or language training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
